Polls -- Don't display votes publicly -- default option

When you make a new thread and start a poll, "Display votes publicly" is by default on. Please change that to default to off, to reduce the chance of accidentally starting a poll and not keeping poll responses private.

We just changed it to a default of public. If you don't want a public poll, deselect this option.
