The only thing a poll majority speaks to these days is who the pollsters polled.

As to Biden's evidenced mental challenges in the debate, I do think the poor boy is sandwiched between an old man's rock of ages forgetfulness and a dementia-afflicted occasional brain glitch hard to recall the accurate facts place.
