The 911 Caller goes from seeing a guy around some police cars to doing something to police cars and then the 911 Operator suggests that the perp is "tampering" with police cars... and this is what goes out to police officers arriving at the scene... they can be as bad as the shit that they are told, often. They come up with crap info and react... understandably...

Blame and fines/jail time should be given to mother****ers that give false information... as well as piece of shit operators who embellish on the facts. how many people have been falsely arrested, beaten down or shot and killed based off of ****ers that give shit information and then just stroll off with no accountability? It is disgusting.

The problem here is that many police seem to have this idea that simple public filming is an offence.
It isn't and the law is on the side of the auditors but again the police seem to have a problem when an auditor tells them the law and often see it as a challenge to their authority and escalate the stop for no reason.

I do agree however that some of the auditors can be rather confrontational and don't help their own cause.

Overall the confrontational manner will push police departments to train better and handle people better overall. So while some auditors are being dicks it should be a good thing overall

Maybe, but it seems that getting his desired police response depends on tricking some concerned citizen into placing a (nuisance?) call to police.

There are a couple of Auditors who I really respect although I haven't watched any of their stuff in agas and I can't remember who they are.

They always stay calm and are super polite and chatty and just let the cops know that filming is legal and that they don't have to give ID.
Sometimes they'd get pushback and they would be forced to call for a supervisor but there was no malice towards the officer.

That's how it should be done.

What the caller describes "doing something to the tire" can be called tampering. regardless of your dislike of it.

If you can show the caller is making a false report he can be charged. Do you really not understand that? The problem resides in not being able to show the caller was making a false report, especially as humans see things differently and how we see things are open to our own interpretations.
