• This is a political forum that is non-biased/non-partisan and treats every person's position on topics equally. This debate forum is not aligned to any political party. In today's politics, many ideas are split between and even within all the political parties. Often we find ourselves agreeing on one platform but some topics break our mold. We are here to discuss them in a civil political debate. If this is your first visit to our political forums, be sure to check out the RULES. On the old platform when you hit reply to the post you were viewing, the way the post that you wanted to reply to was composed would come up. For example, if an emoji was used, it showed the keystrokes that got that particular emoji to appear. On the present platform that is not the case. I learned from the prior platform how to do certain things and miss that feature on the new platform. Also the choice of emoticons is bland and they are too small. I know there is a tutorial but I’m lazy…….🤷

Did you know that you can type : and letters your familiar with and it will create search dropdown of available emojis?

We are using standard emoji's that are compatible with Apple and Android in their operating systems. Plus there are only a few extras.

It's on the short list to review emoji's/smilies. If we add too many, it will slow down the overall site so we need to be careful.
