Valerie Plame is suing several members of the Bush team, including Dick Cheney and Karl Rove, and in the process, are using the very same, little known law which forced Bill Clinton to testify in the Paula Jones suit.

Cheney and Rove need to study their dictionaries hard. It is their turn to try and define what the meaning of "is" is. :)

Very interesting. I was wondering if this case was going to get thrown out of court, but maybe not? My favorite part of the article:

Court documents show that Cheney has hired Emmet Flood, a lawyer from Clinton's impeachment defense team, to represent him in the Plame case.
