A great case of people doing everything wrong when encountering police* and the police in return over reacting.

* Among the things they did worng in this encounter and in general: Shoplifting, evading police, not showing hands, not following instructions, driving while suspended, etc.

You can not seriously be using this video for the cops benefit... even if the suspects did all that the cops act like roided up psychopaths... completely out of control and ready to murder women and children while observers appear calm, telling officers to relax, etc.
