Pew: Tea Party support at record low

Actually it was based on the constitutionality of the law not because he didn't like it. The Supreme Court ruling has supported his interpretation.

And you think the supreme court would find it unconstitutional for the house of representatives to determine what they provide funding for?

Oh I am sure you can find dozens of blogs and right wing talking heads to say pretty much what you want. fact is BushII was too busy facing his folly in the desert while the house around him burned down.

Still the TP attempt to capsize the ship of state because a minority wanted control of the tiller shows insanity at it's radical right best. :lamo

I agree....how soon people forget....my 401 k tanked during GWB....it finally recovered a couple years ago and I'm finally starting to show a profit. These Bushies......have a very short memory of how bad he drove our country to the brink of economic and moral bankruptcy.

To anyone that was working then and now or in most cases, not now

Most people in the United States know full well how much better off they are now than they were under Bush. You guys have a very short memory.

Food stamp recipients- higher now

Disability claims- higher now

Unemployment -very little change after billions spent

Debt more than Bush is a shorter span

no one is better off now

...

no one is better off now

Wrong.
My husband, myself , our grown children , most of our relatives , are all better off and so are our investments.

If you actually believe that are aren't just spouting right-wing talking points, then you need to educate yourself. GWB drove our economy to the brink of disaster....we still have a long ways to go to recover, but we have come a long ways.

And by "America" they mean blue state sheep and Congress critters who had the light shine on their shamefull spending and corruption. The Tea Party is a small portion of conservatives who are tired of the status quo in a country where people and politicians alike are happy to kick the can down the road. This movement won't be going away any time soon.

I was running errands earlier, and just got back on DP a little while ago. Sorry I missed your previous post, but that's what I'm hearing. It's probably right wing propaganda, put out by the nasty hateful Unamerican Tea Party, right?

Yes ... they'll stop at nothing ... it's that whole silly Constitution thing.

Of course many of us are better off. Including those who were able to retire early on the public dole

The House can only initialize funding measures that the Senate must also pass. If they don't get Senate approval that House can't fund ANYTHING. Surely you saw that very clearly when the House tried to open parts of Govt. for photo ops. They all died in the Senate.

Does the ACA specify certain statutory deadlines ... yes.
Has the Obama Administration missed half the deadlines mandated in the 1st 3 years of the Act ... yes.
Do Executive Orders explain the missed deadlines ... no.

I thought you wanted to delay the AHC act? Now you are complaining about delays? Doesn't that sound petty and hypocritical?

Your sardonic view of the Constitution as the source of chaos is particularly jarring given the state of Obamacare at this time.
As for Mass, if I lived there and didn't like Romneycare I could have moved to another state ... no such option exists with Obamacare and it's made much worse by Obamacare's onerous 7 foot tall pile of regulations.
No getting around it ... this is what a giant step toward redistribution looks like.

I yearn for the magilla delay ... think he'll do it because it sucks so bad that they can't keep blaming technology forever?

If you enrolled in it and found your premiums go up 2 grand a month and your subsidy doesn't come close to bringing it to what you were paying before ... wouldn't you wish baby ACA had never been born?

Tea Partiers are becoming more and more marginalized. They're dying out.

It depends. If my old insurance was one of those bogus $25,000 max payout joke policies, I might realize that that was not really insurance at all and at least I am getting security with the AHC act.

Well...you have to realize, 30% of the polled public still believe that GWB was a good President....so you have to recognize that nearly 1/3 of the public out there are completely whacked out.

The re-election of Obama proved that the NEA's schemes to dumb down the voting population has worked. What we have is millions of people who are happy to be perpetual children

The parasites fear tea party activists because TPA want to end supplying the government tits with milk.

Sure, whatever. They're becoming extremely unpopular, though.

with the teat sucklers especially. The only people who should feel threatened by the TPA are those who either are improperly dependent on the government or gain power from those dependent people

Alright? That's great.

It doesn't change the fact that the Tea Party is weak and getting weaker. Sucks for their fans.

sucks for America that those who oppose the permanent cycle of dependency are getting weaker while the parasites and those who pander to them are getting stronger
