This is one of the entities you want to break away from RUSSIA....

And it is under RUSSIAN FEDERATION law. The problem is some Muslims will be Muslims who believe in polygamy.

Read and try to understand. Some Muslims. That is what I said and what I mean. Not all Muslims practice polygamy. And there are no "czars" in Chechnya.

Add to that Chechnya is the type of republic you wish to be independent.
