EXCLUSIVE: FBI Director Kash Patel found a trove of sensitive documents related to the origins of the Trump–Russia probe buried in multiple "burn bags" in a secret room inside the bureau, sources familiar with the incident told Fox News Digital.

Sources told Fox News Digital that the "burn bag" system is used to destroy documents designated as classified or higher.

Sources told Fox News Digital that multiple burn bags were found and filled with thousands of documents.

Sources told Fox News Digital that one of the documents FBI officials found in a burn bag was the classified annex to former special counsel John Durham's final report, which includes the underlying intelligence he reviewed.

The declassification of the classified annex is being done in close coordination between CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Patel, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Attorney General Pam Bondi and acting National Security Agency Director William Hartman.

First, don't take Patel's word for anything. Just because they say, doesn't make it so.

Remember this? "I've got my people in Hawaii looking into it, and they can't believe what they are finding."

Second, burn bags are not nefarious in the Intel Communities. It is an efficient and effective way of disposing of copies of documents, far faster and efficient than shredders. I know. I used them daily in another life.

Show us what the documents are, what they prove, else this is just another bone for MAGAts to run with.

And Grassley? Isn't he the one who claimed the ACA was a plot to bump off grandma?

Clearly someone somewhere in the FBI don't want Patel and / or Bongino, and the DOJ, to have any of those docs. What are they hiding and trying to hide from?

Right, but how stupid are these criminals to leave things like this as opposed to destroying them? Maybe they assumed Trump wouldn't be reelected and that nobody would be looking for them?
 
They probably should have used the White House fireplaces like previous administrations.
 
Those of us with memories recall that Durham failed to produce the report that was going to indict the FBI for the Russia-Trump investigation before the 2020 election. Durham was hand-picked for the job and failed his masters. Trump was pissed.

Barr restricted Durham from looking at a lot of the things he should have been looking for. Barr was there to clean it up for the deep state.
 

Garland/the FBI/Haines/Jack Smith started espionage investigation of Pres Trump (which entangled his associates such as Kash) where they falsely accused him of passing highly classified documents/info to a foreign power. Russia Hoax II. They grand-juried people, FBI called people up and scared them etc etc.
So everyone shut up about the Crossfire Hurricane documents/the classified Durham annex, they tried to save their skin.
They didn't think Pres Trump will win again.
