Zelensky. That is Ukraine's Eddie Murphy. A talented comedian. And a Pied Piper as well. He was lead actor in a show "Servant of the People", plaid a school teacher who wound up President of Ukraine, and ranted incessantly about corruption. He played this role so convincingly that, in a fascinating case of life imitating art, the thoroughly bamboozled Ukrainian public actually voted him President of Ukraine! And by a landslide too! No one told the Ukrainian public that the man and the actor can be two entirely different things.
Then came Pandora Papers. A mountain of 11 million leaked documents by ICIJ that revealed the off shore accounts of some 35 world leaders. And Ukraine's anti corruption crusader, turned President was right there in the thick of it.
According to a poll by Kiev International Institute of Sociology Zelensky cratered some ten points since last September. From some 33% down to some 24%
Is it time Ukrainians give another Heroine of Ukraine, the fallen angel Yulia Timoshenko, another shot at high office? Yulia Timoshenko is thoroughly corrupt and up to her gills in gas business. She is the quintessential Ukrainian politician.
According to a poll conducted from 15 to 18 October by the authoritative Kiev International Institute of Sociology (KIIS), the rating of Volodymyr Zelensky, compared to the same September survey, suddenly fell by almost 9% – from 33.3 to 24.7%.
At the same time, the rating of Petro Poroshenko sank (15.6), Yulia Tymoshenko (12.2) grew noticeably and just burst into the list of presidential candidates recently, through Zelensky’s efforts, his ex-friend and ex-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Dmitry Razumkov (7.1 %). It should also be noted that on the conditionally pro-Russian flank of Ukrainian politics, everything is still stable – with one of the leaders of the Opposition Party – For Life! Yuriy Boyko is in fourth place and has a rating of 9.4%, in seventh position with 6.2% is the owner of the not yet banned Nash TV channel, Kharkiv resident Yevgeny Muraev.

Zelensky’s rating collapsed: Ukrainians were upset with 40 million offshore dollars
