This very short sentence is what really stood out to me.....

"Anyone who describes Islam as a religion as intolerant encourages violence," Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Tasnim Aslam said.

how funny is that? while trying to make the point that Islam is NOT intolerant, the idiot quite clearly states that if you describe the religion as such, there will be violence (ie intolerance)

I just found that quite entertaining.

"What he has done is that he has quoted very offensive remarks by some emperor hundreds of years ago," Aslam said on Friday. "It is not helpful (because) we have been trying to bridge the gap, calling for dialogue and understanding between religions."

I suppose he would rather the guy have quoted very offensive remarks by modern day imams instead.

I can already hear them getting ready to riot.

One sign will read "Islam is peaceful" and the next is "Death to the Pope"....
Or "Death to those who don’t understand"....
