This certainly is not a good sign.

Ice sheets in Greenland and Antarctica whose melting rates are rapidly increasing have raised the global sea level by 1.8cm since the 1990s, and are matching the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's worst-case climate warming scenarios.

Sea level rise from ice sheets track worst-case climate change scenario

I guess we can pretty much be assured that things are not going to be improving any time soon. Our inaction has consequence, and we can be sure that future generations will have plenty of reason to hate us.

IMO, the grandkids will see us like we look upon confederates.

Dr. Anna Hogg, study co-author and climate researcher in the School of Earth and Environment at Leeds, said: "If ice sheet losses continue to track our worst-case climate warming scenarios we should expect an additional 17cm of sea level rise from the ice sheets alone.

Flee, flee, run for the hills, 7 inches by 2100.

Edit; Almost 7 inches.

The fun part of such alarmist claims, is the reality.
1.8cm, 18 mm since the 90's, now we do not know if they mean 1990 or 1999, but it does not matter,
if it is .6mm per year or .86mm per year, the sea level is and has been raising between,
2 and 3 mm per year since we had instruments accurate enough to measure it, (~1807).
Sea Level Trends - NOAA Tides & Currents
Sea Level Trends - NOAA Tides & Currents
Double clicking on the year range, shows that quite a few stations have greater than a century of data,
with many between 2 and 3 mm/year.

". . . As detailed in Climate at a Glance: Sea Level Rise: Data shows global sea level has been rising at a relatively steady pace of approximately one foot per century since at least the mid-1800s, which was long before coal power plants and SUVs. Moreover, the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) confirms here has been no significant recent acceleration.
Global sea level has risen approximately 400 feet since the beginning of the end of the most recent ice age—approximately 20,000 years ago. The rate of sea level rise has risen and fallen at various times since then, slowing and increasing on the order of tens, hundreds, and thousands of years over the past 20,000 years. All of that variance had nothing to do with human activities. Indeed, as NASA reports, sea level always rises between ice ages as ice sheets retreat. During the last interglacial period between ice ages, seas were four to six meters higher than we are experiencing today.
The best evidence is, regardless of what humans do, sea level will continue modestly yet relentlessly rising, sometimes slower than others, until the next ice age begins. Also, climate alarmists try to hide the fact that NASA records indicate the current rate of sea level rise is much slower than the average for most of the present interglacial period. Indeed, there have been periods during this interglacial when seas rose by as much as 10 to 15 meters in less than 500 years. . . ."

Do you dispute the facts?

I dispute anything written in crackpot websites. You should too. But, of course, you want to believe.

Poorly sourced material.

lol..."sea level always rises between ice ages"

Now that is some cherry picking.
