Against the wishes of the owner's son, the shark, built on a roof to protest planning laws, has now been given "listed" status, meaning it must be preserved intact!

Imagine driving down that street and seeing that.
"WTF?! Did a sharknado come through here?"
 
It's pretty mad. The guy spent six years fighting the council planners who tried to force him to take it down, and now they sabotage it by calling it heritage!
