Did Hillary Clinton commit perjury when she testified under oath before the House Oversight Committee ?

Yup

For one she claimed she turned over all work related Emails.

What happens when you commit perjury in front of a Congressional Commitee ?

Will this lead to her being indicted ?

Probably not.

But thats not a good enough reason not to remind the American voter AGAIN, that she's above the law and laws are for the little people

The Clinton crime family will not be convicted, it's a waste of time.

Perhaps, but according to a recent poll, a majority of Americans disagreed with Comey's decision to not recomend charges

I think there are plenty of Democrats and maybe even some Progressives that have a huge problem with her getting away with something that would have put the average American and or Republican behind bars for years

The link above is right-wing.

Here's a left-wing one to back it up.

Poll: Majority disagree with not charging Hillary Clinton

Washington, DC (CNN)
A majority of Americans say they disagree with the FBI's decision not to recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, according to a new poll.

A Washington Post/ABC News poll, released Monday, found that 56% of American adults disapprove of the FBI's decision, while 35% said they approved.

Last week, FBI director James Comey announced that the agency would not recommend that the Justice Department pursue criminal charges related to Clinton's use of of a private email server during her term as Secretary of State, capping a year-long investigation into the matter that has roiled the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee's White House bid. Attorney General Loretta Lynch accepted the recommendation of the FBI not to bring charges.

Last I checked - we live in a democracy. If Clinton isn't indicted, democracy is dead and we have entered into an era of political crisis. Hillary's unpopularity is historic, and vehemently bipartisan. Expect an impeachment - or worse - not long after Hillary takes power.
No matter what happens, Hillary will lose in the end.
Because we're Americans.
We win.
It's what we do.

Fenton, I think it's far more than just "plenty of Democrats and maybe even some Progressives". One of the founding principals of this nation is Equality before the law. Hillary getting away with lawlessness, or appearing to get away with lawlessness, is sure to disgruntle a great many who believe in this foundational principal.

The unprincipled, the poorly educated and unaware, the partisans with their master's blinders firmly in place, will not be bothered by any of this, in spite of it being so vital and critical.
