We already know climate change happens Regardless of Man's input to the environment. Upgrading infrastructure is providing for the general welfare.

Yes Even a TV "scientist" can understand why AGW is settled science. The evidence is both logical and overwhelming. We are actually witnessing it first hand and still some think they know better.
