As I originally stated they would, and with all the confusion as to what ACTUALLY happened, they will in all probability get compensation.
2 Questions.
1) How much will it take before their sensibilities are assuaged?
2) Should they actually receive any compensation as their actions MUST have in some manner created the initial problem?

Of course they do, I believe that was the whole purpose of their acts in the first place. They wanted to attract attention and get money... I'm not surprised at all that they want a 'settlement'...
