Opinion: Melania is a model first lady. But Trump haters can't admit it.

As far as First Ladies go, I thought Laura Bush and Michelle Obama were wonderful. I’ve never been a huge fan of Melania, but I don’t dislike her. I also think she doesn’t deserve all the hatred she’s gotten from Democrats and the MSM. This is especially true in light of the glowing coverage that her Democrat predecessor received (including two cover spreads on Vogue Magazine), despite the fact that she attempted to perpetrate a fraud on the American people by propping up a rotting corpse in the White House in order to maintain her own power and privilege.

Well, she was a former model...but as far as being FLOTUS, I don't think she really cares to do that job this time. That is why the WH is plastered in gold painted gaudiness.
 
I disagree. Melania seems to have no empathy towards those who aren't in a high social status, which makes her an amoral person at best.
 
I have no reason to think of her, much less hate her, if her name isnt brought it.
 
What hatred? Melania doesn't make the news. That, I agree, would make her a good first lady, in my opinion. But hatred?

Admittedly, this thread is the first time I thought about her since the inauguration when my impression was "big spy vs spy hat"

Sometimes she has terrible fashion choices and sometimes her choices are humorous. Beyond that, I kind of sympathize with her. Its likely she is there at all because of Russian political connections and she has to suffer through being the wife of someone who is likely a pedophile.

It sure seems that way after the last four years where the FLOTUS had to be there to turn the President to walk in the desired direction and help him make it down a few stairs.
 
Well she is a model. And she is a First Lady. Both those things are true.
 
Melania is a rather despicable figure, who gained entrance fraudulently on an "Einstein visa", brought her family with 'chain migration' her husband screams against, grifts the country, and supports the worst traitor in the history of the country. She is all but absent, rather than 'serving the country' as modern first ladies have.
 
I think it's pretty clear that Melania doesn't want to be a First Lady, and has never been a big fan of Trump becoming President.
 
As if I care what melania does or thinks.
 
I guess if the criteria is to be(sometimes)seen, and not heard, she's perfect!

I don't really think she wants shit to do with it. Probably voted Harris!
 
I'm a Trump hater as every true American should be for beyond obvious reasons, yet I admit Melania Trump is First Lady, because it's easy to prove.

I find nothing admirable about Melania. She has made her choices. She wanted a life of wealth and luxury. She has it.

She’s a country club number X younger wife to a rich man. They’re a dime a dozen.

My first trip to Barbados my GF and I would sit on the beach and guess the wealth of men based on a) the age differential and b) how unattractive they were compared to their much younger partner.

We'd instantly have pegged Trump as a multi billionaire
