OPEC and Russia agree to slash oil production
Seems sucking up to the Saudis and Russia is getting Trump nowhere.
But!
This is not a bad thing imo. The US is now the top oil producer and increased prices will help and not hurt US companies. It will mean higher prices at the pump and that sucks, but it will be good for several US companies.
When car manufacturers want to shut down plants that produce smaller cars and sedans because US consumers want big gas guzzling trucks and SUVs, you know there needs to be a bit more balance.
