Halligan was not legally appointed to her post. Everything she does is invalid.

It almost certainly will end in humiliation, as will a lot of their revenge prosecutions.

Firstly, all the good lawyers are gone, replaced by Trump cronies and friends. They'll file the wrong brief, miss deadlines, go to the wrong courthouse and then piss the judges off with frivolity in the courtroom. How do we know this? It's how Trump's legal team conducts all of its lawsuits and the DOJ now consists of many of the same amateurs.

So most of these cases will be tossed for the sheer incompetence, not even because they fail to make a decent case against their defendant.

And if they do survive all this they still have to convince a jury. Not much chance of that.

But MAGA has shown us it is immune to humiliation. They can stomach the embarrassment of losing just as long as they can gain sone publicity of this - and distract the media from the Epstein Files for just one..more...day...

Just because Trump says he's "crooked" doesn't make it true.
I haven't heard Trump say anything about the judge, but given how many crooked judges have been making crooked rulings in the past four years or so, it's a safe bet this one will, too.

If it's Boesberg, you can count on it.

So every judge that doesn't rule Trump's way is "crooked".

Makes no sense.

Fingers crossed.

And then be ready for the spin spin spin

It's too early to know if this indictment is overreach or not, I'll wait to state an opinion. But, to see the libs on this forum complain about a weaponized DOJ on this forum is just precious.

Payback's a b*tch.

Moreover there will be constant interference from the white house via tweets and public statements that amount to tampering.

So you argue that because Trump was charged with crimes he actually committed, it's okay for him to bring bogus charges against not only his "enemies" but his former supporters like John Bolton?

The thing about the Comey case is that it makes no real sense. Unlike when he publicly announced "We found new Hillary Emails", which probably doomed her chances even though there was nothing to them, he kept the accusations of Russian Collusion under his hat until after the election.

If he wanted to tank Trump campaign, we'd have all heard about the pee tapes in October 2016.

Durham spent millions of dollars trying to prove the FBI had it out for Trump, and the only thing he got was one guy admitting he juiced up an affidavit for a FISA warrant extension they would have gotten anyway.
