I went out to dinner last night in DC, and we had to be put in the back of the restaurant because of all the f ucking smoke coming from the bar. I just cannot wait until January 1, 2007, when there is NO SMOKING allowed in bars and restaurants. Woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Smokers can kiss my a$$ and go outside and pollute their lungs.

Don't you just love when the government takes away your rights?

And you call yourself liberal. You know smoking bans show society up as a bunch of whingers i dont like the way alot of people smell in general but i dont want them to drink outside.

When did smoking in a restaurant become a right? I didn't see that particular right listed anywhere. As a non-smoker I find it particularly offensive when smokers feel the need to **** the restaurant up, it ruins the meal.

We still have limited smoking in restaurants here, but they are properly segregated from us normal people.

When smoking cigarettes was legalized. Property owners have the right to decide what legal actitivies they will allow on their own property. I have the right to engange in legal activites whenever I want to or do you want to take that right away from me too?

So what are you waiting for you smoking nazi's, why don't you just take away all people's rights. I'm sure your bloodthirst won't be sastified until people are locked in cages because they are unable to make decisions on their own. Because if you left the decision up to the property owner, you would have the choice whether to go into a smoking establishment or not. Or what, you can't think for yourself? Need the government to do it for you?

:baby2 I don't like something so I am going to complain to make it not illegal, but just outlawed from certain places. :baby1

Well, smoking in a room with other people isn't exactly victimless.

Exactly. I don't care that people smoke, I just don't want to be subjected to it when I patronize an establishment. Non-smoking seating is fine with me...so long as I am actually separated from the smoke. It stinks and it's unhealthy.

When I wolfing down my heart attack on a plate I don't want to worry about second hand smoke!

As always dont go if you dont like it.

As always, maybe I should come up and fart in your face at the restaurant? Any smoker with half a brain knows their habit is deadly and offensive to many non-smokers. Why be such a cocksucker as to exercise your "right" to smoke...at the fucking dinner table, how gross is that...and fuck the place up for others? Being a dick just to be a dick?

So we do have some common ground after all. You realize of course we will have to deny this ever happened right?
