For years, the WTC site had absolutely NOTHING going on. Up until two years ago, you still couldn't see that they were even building in there. I was riding past the site the other day and noticed that there was STILL nothing happening. I started getting aggravated, especially after I noticed a building on one side of the site that was going up incredibly fast. I looked it up on my phone and BAM - the building on the side is actually the new WTC.

If the computer rendering in wiki is accurate, it looks like it'll be a nice building.
