Much as been made by Leftie Propaganda of how Racist Trump must be, because a large percentage of his supporters are Working White Men.
Well, there is a reason! And it is NOT Racism or Sexism by the Working White Men, but rather Racism and Sexism perpetuated by Progressive-Fascists!
Blacks, because of Affirmative Action, even though they are a numerical minority, have considerably MORE power in today's society, than whites, because of the privileges, preferences, and pandering thrown to them!
Any Organization, be it a school, government agency, military unit, career, corporation, sports team...
Any Organization, can have:
Too Many Whites, but it cannot have too few.
Too Few Blacks, but it cannot have too many.
Too Many Men, but it cannot have too few.
Too Few Women, but it cannot have too many.
Similar arguments can be made for all other AA specially protected groups, such as Women, Hispanics, Native Americans....
As we implement "Institutionalized Racial Discrimination" aka Affirmative Action, to "Correct" an imbalance to favor Blacks in one area, there is no corresponding "Correction" to make Room for the displaced Whites in another area.
So, the Low-Income Whites, are just left with nothing!
When Bill Richardson, in 2007, then head of DOE, implemented a plan, driven by a Hispanic Judge, and a consent decree, in New Mexico, to "Racially Normalize" the number of Hispanics among the Sandia and Los Alamos Lab Staff, he gave out $10K personal paycheck bonuses to level 3 managers for each and every White-Male-Over-Age-40, which was "Convinced" (Forced by mistreatment!) to accept a 2 week severance package, to leave a career, not just a job, working in Government R&D science.
When Whites are driven out of the Government Lab Staff, by Institutionalized Racial Discrimination, there are no slots opened up to receive the displaced White-Males, in other areas of employment, where White-Males are under-represented by their portion of the population, such as state road construction crews, which are 85%+ Hispanic Males, ... so, the AA displaced White-Males are just... Screwed.
We don't even qualify for unemployment, on account of our supposed "White Privilege"!
All of this in the State of New Mexico, where since 1992, Hispanics are the numerical majority of the population, and from the days when the area was
just a Territory, Hispanics have owned the vast majority of the wealth in land, businesses, mineral rights, and Cultural Artistry.
This is not an isolated case. There are many areas of employment, where Whites have be systematically removed to create a "Racial Balance" in favor of non-Whites, but NEVER has there been an effort to make Room for the displaced Whites in areas or careers which have imbalances in favor of other races or genders.
We force Construction Crews to hire population proportional numbers of women.
Nobody is forcing the career of young-child-day-care to accept more Males, when the workforce for that career is overwhelmingly female!
The end result, for Low-Mid Income White-Males, Social Mobility is ONLY Downward!
This is the foundation of the backlash against the Washington D.C. Establishment, seen in the vast numbers of Working Class White-Male supporting the overthrow of the Establishment by the support of Donald Trump!
This is NOT anti-black/Hispanic Racism being practiced by these Working White-Males, it is simply self-preservation!
