Most of whom wouldn't know the Constitution if they were hit in the head with it. These are some of the same twits who I watched in person screw the pooch big time in Iraq.
Sorry but most of those people deciding probable cause are either shills or educated fools. I don't trust them as far as I can throw an elephant. The NSA's mandate was FOREIGN signals intelligence gathering not domestic. As they have strayed into domestic intelligence gathering they need to be dismantled and replaced completely.
Further all their operatives need to be very thoroughly investigated.
Federal judges?
See, this is just ignorant. It's wholly ignorant about how the IC works and where foreign stops and domestic begins. So then the question is: should we listen to people that aren't educated or experienced in intelligence (different from law, now, which is what I was talking about previously), or those that are educated and experienced. Which do you think sounds better?
lol? They already are, to an absurd extent.
I sometimes wonder if Federal Judges are even literate.
Well, if you have to wonder such things, that's a good indication that you shouldn't be in charge of policy.
Well if you actually read their opinions, you would wonder too. I am involved with a big fight with the California Air Resources Board, regarding the Truck and Bus rule. So I get to read rulings made by federal judges on occasion. The current "judge" is a brain dead twit. I am being nice when I say that. Considering the rulings of the various judges I have seen on a variety of subjects, their literacy is in serious doubt as far as I am concerned, because they most certainly cannot comprehend what they read.
They "oversee" the NSA about as much as you "oversee" the Congress. Gimme a break dude.

It takes years and years of experience to know what you're talking about, yes.
Sorry, it takes NO experience to know when you've been kicked. Of course you don't have to believe me. Just ask someone to kick ya. Bet you'll know right away that you've been kicked.
I'm personally ready for a revolution.
So you got kicked and I didn't? I think your argument just collapsed on itself, under the weight of its own logic.
Oh you did. You just don't care.
But wait...if I say I don't think I was kicked...and your argument is you know when you have been, and you don't need an expert to tell you that...and I say I don't think I did...see where I'm going?
So use some logic here lol: I say I wasn't kicked. If I don't know that I was kicked, your argument is moot. Or are you saying I'm lying?
Regardless, that's a just a fun way to play a logic game. In real life, people don't listen to amateurs. Sorry.
And others just talk about things they're inexperienced and uneducated in. Some people like pain to the point that they think its pleasurable. As such they might think of it more like a love tap than a kick. I personally don't.
Okay, well you go on thinking judges can't read. I'm sure people will take you seriously when you talk about things.
I take it you haven't had the pleasure of reading an opinion by one have you?

You probably already know that dude portrays himself as THEE authority when it comes to USI, never mind that this is a message board. Boy thinks he's a decision maker, too!
Might want to get control of the technology too.
Well, if you have to wonder such things, that's a good indication that you shouldn't be in charge of policy.

What's really ironic and telling is that the OP shows a verified ex-NSA agent telling us what is actually happening and yet he still denies it. How and why he thinks that we're going to take his word over a verified ex-NSA agent I have no idea.
All this time I thought you were rude only to me because of my politically incorrect positions.
This post demonstrates that your rudeness and insecurity shines through to other posters too. Anytime you hear an opinion you don't like, you denigrate the other poster.
Thanks for the demonstration.
