First you need a national or state picture ID. Then you need a national thumb print data base that can only be used for identity purposes. If a person wants to work, get any type of housing, get a bank account, vote or any other activity they must prove who they are with an ID and placing their thumb on a print reader to do so. Without doing so they can not do anything mentioned and without anything mentioned, especially housing and a job, they would be forced to leave the country and return to their country of origin. Any one allowing an illegal to do anything mentioned above would have their business or housing confiscated by the government. The most cost would be to set up the data base and people would have to buy finger print readers that are very inexpensive. Problem solved.

On both sides of the aisle. Plenty of conservatives are suspicious of national IDs and biometric databases. But I have a feeling that biometrics and instant facial recognition is the inevitable way out country is going. There will be positives and negatives to it, I’m sure.
