There are usually two ways to look at things. In this instant, Don Jr is a half empty guy, and so he thinks, if Trump loses, they are all going to the pokey. When it is just as correct, to say, If Trump wins, he will have Barr keep us safe and legal. Also, since it is assumed that Trump has hold of the DOJ, he will also prosecute folks without any evidence, just as he san get folks free without any evidence.
