18,000 dead max. I've adjusted Omicron downward since yesterday, initially putting it at a standard flu season at 36,000 dead. It's very likely I'll be adjusting it down again.

Everybody panic! We're all going to die!

How long is flu season?

Oh look another prophet telling us our futures

Lets see if this one is as accurate as the others

About 5 months I'm guessing. It's death toll is 36,000 on average.
In the us. How many deaths world wide?

And omicron has been in the us for a couple.of weeks.

Death isn't the only measure of the impact of a covid infection.

18,000 dead max.

How did your previous covid predictions hold up? Let's see...

Here is a sample from May 7, 2020: projection of ~120,000 deaths from covid:

The 2017/2018 flu killed 60,000, Covid 19 will end up being about twice that.

Looks like by May 19, 2020 you increased it to ~150,000:

Now that we know US deaths from Covid will top out at about 0.046% of the population

I see you still like making predictions though...
