Are you glad or against the US hosting the Olympics in LA in 2028 and Co-hosting the World Cup with Canada and Mexico in 2026?

It should certainly help upgrade infrastructure in the hosting cities but it's not always universally popular so which side of the fence do you sit?

2026 and 2028 planning is optimistic, imo!

In spite of the normal British moaning about the Olypics and how we'd screw it up London 2012 was great.

The UK is excellent at hosting global events it's why the Tennis WTA champions thingy has been in London for so long as for some reason we're very organised and make sure public transport is all well staffed with people able to help guide the spectators.
We may not be great at everything but we know how to hold a party which is nice.

I'm sure the US can do a similar job and the tickets should hopefully be pretty cheap as they were in London.

Its annoying that a country that doesn't embrace Football is getting to host it for the 2nd time since 1990 meanwhile we haven't hosted since 1966.................
