This isn't "voter fraud". It is "election fraud". These people didn't all individually decide to scrounge up a handful of ballots to illegally stuff into drop boxes. This was organized. This was controlled. This was financed.

Under certain circumstances you know it's not illegal for one person to mail or deliver the security envelopes for mail in ballots for another person.

You tell me the precinct and I can tell you the percentage of those ballots that were for Trump and the percent that were from Biden and the number of ballots that were fraudulent. If they're dropping off multiple, the most likely possibility is that they're doing it for their family or friends, not voting multiple times themselves.
