Gibson repeatedly said, "My life is f****d." Law enforcement sources say the deputy, worried that Gibson might become violent, told the actor that he was supposed to cuff him but would not, as long as Gibson cooperated. As the two stood next to the hood of the patrol car, the deputy asked Gibson to get inside. Deputy Mee then walked over to the passenger door and opened it. The report says Gibson then said, "I'm not going to get in your car," and bolted to his car. The deputy quickly subdued Gibson, cuffed him and put him inside the patrol car.

Dont EVER be on a jury. And if we ever see YOU type something you wish you didnt mean then we will treat YOU the same way you are presenting him. Very shallow and without thought on your part.

Alot of those charges and insinuations are false and trumped-up though. If I thought for a second that his child was in danger, I couldn't give him a pass. But this is a story about a man who has money, a woman who wants money, and a story to merge the two together.

Oksana Grigorieva’s former lawyer is reportedly meeting with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department to discuss the mediation agreement she had with Mel Gibson. Legally, he can’t discuss any conversations he had with her but apparently it’s okay to detail what took place during the mediation like, oh I dunno, all the **** she conveniently left out. - During the mediation she never made any mention nor produced any photo of a black eye
We’re also told investigators are interested in any information related to the 2 text messages Oksana sent Mel during the mediation — saying she taped his phone calls because he was not taking care of her. Mel’s people claim they have hard proof Oksana left a trail of evidence showing she was holding the tapes over Mel’s head for a price.
