well I have to go back and read that because the video alone doesnt support the points you made.
what makes it look like the end of the pursuit? easy my eyes LOL
the guy was definitely running or jogging when the police caught up to him, now he may not have been ruining or jogging away from the cops but he definitely was not walking
Good freaking grief man. You cannot be serious. Please tell me you are not serious.
The cop claimed Dorm tried to take his gun. The video proves that didn't even come close to happening.
There is also nothing in the video that suggests it was the end of a pursuit. That is just internalized racism kicking in.
The video shows him walking and you say he definitely was not walking......while....it is on video.
I don't get it...is this a magic show?
"Well, the video contradicts what the officer originally wrote in his charging documents,” said Dorm’s lawyer, Jimmy Bell. “What it shows is that my client didn't lie. They print my client is a criminal. They put his face on television saying he committed these crimes, and he didn't."
NBC4 Washington : Officer-Involved Shooting Surveillance Video
I'm not sure why it took so much time for the video to go public but this is a perfect example of how cops can say whatever they want and will be believed regardless of evidence. Without this video the victim would still be called a perp and criminal.
The truly frightening question is how often has this happened when the badge wearing perp was not caught on video?
Is there a better video? And who's that person that comes up behind the cop?
no he was definitively finishing a run or fog for sure LMAO
unless he was skipping like a 12yr old girl swinging his bag in a very giddy manner lol
well since im black that makes you look pretty dumb liming its racism LMAO
and sorry the video doesn't prove anything you said, do you know for a fact that didnt happened before the video? LOL
Now I agree it MIGHT NOT have happened but the fact remains this video doesnt prove that.
the only thing that would prove that is if the cops statement said the gun went off while he was trying to take it, then we would have something.
do yo have the cops statement?
and the kid without a doubt was running or jogging, thats a fact. WHy? I don not know but he definitely was
Is any of that illegal?
They were both off duty cops that was behind Dorm. I posted another video yesterday.....it's on page 2 or 3.
How can you not know internalized racism applies to all races? Also, do you actually believe a black person cannot be racist against another black person?
You really need to read up on it before commenting so much to avoid back tracking.

also no matter what NEW info you provide I wont have to do any back tracking because everything I said is true and factual
and the other things I have said I pointed out that they MIGHT be or MIGHT not be true.
I stand by everything I said because with the info provided its all true and factual, if you disagree please point out what I said isnt true and factually prove its false  LOL
Ill now read this new link
ahhh so in this small story it actually says the cop say his gun discharged during him being assaulted, now that is useful if hiis gun only discharged once and it is true the cop put that in his statement.
Again though NOTHING that I said has changed
So it's not indication that they had done anything wrong. What we know is that he was thrown in jail, apparently those charges didn't pan out, an off duty cop pistol whipped him from behind. That casts doubt on the officer's actions, not the civilians. And what this states is that there is serious allegation of gross misconduct and abuse of power on the part of the cops and enough evidence to cast doubt on their claims. As such, full investigation is warranted and it must be taken seriously. If what the kids say is true it's falsifying records, giving false testimony and false imprisonment on behalf of the cops. That sort of abuse of power is significant and would warrant substantial jail time if true. As such, we MUST find out if it is true.
This is why we have lawyers.
I don't actually think that's true. I think one could be racist against blacks even if they were black. Not that it would be true for you, I'm just saying in general it is still possible and given the number of people in the world, it probably has happened a few times.
I already pointed out the cop claimed his gun went off because Dorm assaulted him and reached for his gun. You then claimed the video doesn't prove that is false. The video proves that is absolutely completely false.
You are unbelievably arrogant. I pointed out on the last page the cop lied about why his gun discharged and you said the video doesn't prove that.
No, the video proves that the gun went off once when the officer struck the kid in the back of the skull. Now this does place DOUBT on the officer's testimony, significant doubt. But if more than one bullet was fired, then it is possible that prior to the video the kid went for the gun and it discharged. If the cop said only 1 round was fired, then yes that absolutely would prove his defense and testimony absolutely false. Was that the claim? If so, then it is assured that these cops did significant wrong doing and should be behind bars.
That video means a lawyer is just there for the paperwork, including the ones with the dead presidents.
