The Constitution requires the president to take an oath or affirmation that says: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Article II, Section 3 says, "He shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed."
In his unequal and discriminatory implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare), President Barack Obama is now violating both his constitutional oath of office and his constitutional duty to faithfully execute the laws.
The Obamacare law mandates that individuals must maintain health-insurance coverage for themselves and their dependents or pay a penalty. Similarly, it requires employers with 50 or more full-time workers to provide those workers with health-insurance coverage or pay a penalty.
The separate sections of the law spelling out these two mandates conclude with identical language: "The amendments made by this section shall apply to periods beginning after December 31, 2013."
For Obama to fulfill his constitutional oath of office and faithfully execute the Obamacare law, he would need to take care that his administration enforced this statutory Dec. 31, 2013, health-insurance deadline on both individuals and employers.

There is no doubt that Obama President Obama has overstepped and over reached his authority on many occasions both in his first term and now at the beginning of his second term of office. His promise to transform American is being kept. But at what cost to American Freedom and Liberty.
Well, this ignores the fact that ObamaCare is undeniably in gross violation of the Constitution, having abrogated a full 80% of the Bill of Rights, as well as direct prohibitons to Congress, such as direct taxation, and bills of attainder.
By this fact, 5 of the Nine members of the Court must be impeached as well, not to mention every member of the Congress that voted for this obscenity. Furthermore, in independence counsel should be appointed to investigate any corruption involved Roberts' last minute flip-vote on ObamaCare, after having written a will 70% of what became the minority opinon entirely rejecting ObamaCare.
You cannot simply reference support of the Constitution, and then ignore the vast expanse of that Constitution violated by ObamaCare to only target the Command-n-Thief.

What blows my mind is that it doesn't seem to matter how much people point out these blatantly obvious violations, nothing is really being done but a bunch of talking.
Why isn't he being impeached???

Why isn't he being impeached???
Because they're not violations, and he has done nothing that is worthy of being impeached. All your disagreeing with his policies, and dislike of him personally aside, that is the simple truth of the matter.
Because we have a democratic party that only cares about the Ends, by whatever means, and Republicans that are virtually complicit, and care more about their partisan future, than they do about their integrity, which results in their ever-decreasing likelihood of having any future at all.
Translation: They're all corrupt bastards only interested in the advancement of their own power, with very few exceptions, and I'm not even entirely sure about them.
"It's time to heat up the tar, boys."

Did you not read the links posted and the references to the constitution....?
Why isn't he being impeached???
LMAO Impeached for what? It was just eight months ago that Obama sent Mitt Romney licking his wounds.
Yes, and it is wrong.
There are also a lot of uninformed people who just do things without knowing why they are doing them - the large majority of Obama's voter base.
The same reason we didn't impeach most of the other Presidents who violated the Constitution.
Given the recent track record of impeachments, you apparently have to get a blow job to be impeached.

Um, what is wrong about it?
Obamacare does not violate the constitution.
Where did President Obama blatantly violate the Constitution?
A Jerome Corsi lieReference post #17 for starters.
Obama has been showing his intent to abuse authority and violate the Constitution even before he got into the Presidency.
During the midst of the Democratic primaries, Obama made a trip over to Kenya and gave stump speeches alongside fellow Lou tribesman Raila Odinga, asserting the corruption of the Kenyan government. Meanwhile Raila Odinga had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with minority Islamists, indicating that he would institute Shariah law on an otherwise 90% Christian populace. When Odinga lost the election, the appearance of the American Senator alongside Odinga gave him such credibility that the Islamists revolted and engaged in unrestrained brutality and cold-blooded murder by machete against the Christians, even locking in the members of the town of Eldorett in their church, and raising that church to the ground, burning alive all those inside. As a result of the false credibility given him by Obama, the Kenyan government had to create an entirely new office for Odinga. In the aftermath of these events, and the resulting brutal murders of some 1,500 Kenyans, and 600,000 Kenyans being displaced, the Kenyan government filed an official complaint against Obama.
At MINIMAL, Obama's actions in Kenya show an extreme lack of judgement, and abuse of position which we see continued throughout his tenure in the presidency, as well as violation of the Logan Act.
No sale, I'm not buying a word of it.Nonsense. He was giving speeches alongside Odinga and asserting Kenya government's corruption. Furthermore, this story did NOT originate from Corsi; I was posting on it long before Corsi ever made his claims. Corsi tried to make a story of it for himself but he muddled it.
The fact is, Obama should not have been in Kenya involved in any sort of politics AT ALL. Period. Much less assigning any credibility to a candidate by even his silence, and he was not silent. Obama in fact did speak repeatedly about the corruption of the Kenyan government, while not stating any names specifically, yet when done in association with Odinga, the intent was clear.
That same politifact nonsense tries to claim Odinga is not a socialist, because he's just a "populist", when the fact is Odinga is actually a Marxist. That article more shows the corruption and bias of politifact, than it does any error to the story.
No sale, I'm not buying a word of it.
