You were in civics class during the 1960 election cycle, I knew you were old.
Yes sure. You understand that republicans never **** up.
Obama inherited a 14.7 trillion dollar economy that is now 17.5 trillion or a 2.8 trillion increase of which 842 billion was TARP.
Why don't you do some research for a change and see what Bush tried to do in 2006 and what Barney Frank and Chris Dodd said about Freddie and Fannie?
Yep, 6th grade civics. I can see now that you still haven't taken a civics class
I unlike you understand leadership and economic policies
just when I'm about to think you can't get post anything more ridiculous than you already have you go and prove you can still get more ridiculous. How you can allow yourself to think that a bailout (which I'm sure you criticized even thought it was great because Bush's had to have it to cover his ass for the disaster he let fester and eventually explode but as soon as Obama came into office attacked and blamed it all on him) can be added to the GDP ("the monetary value of all the finished goods and services produced within a country's borders in a specific time period") when a) it was borrowed money that initially added to the whopping (but not record) deficit of Obama's first deficit ($1.2T 2010 FY) but has all but something like $32B paid back (and that was what I remember from a couple of years ago and may have ended up being even less than that) is beyond rational understanding. Only a mind so steeped in the mendacity of the rightwing pukefunnel of lies could entertain such perversion of our language. Of course, you've also treated us to that even greater orwellian doublespeak gem of Reagan's "peace dividend" otherwise known as his $1.9T additional debt pile up (which ended up being $3.4T by the end of his successor and co-conspirator, BushI).
That is hilarious. Thanks for the laugh.....at your expense.
Guess post 632 was too much for you so apparently the laugh is on you.
It's 148 million now so another irrelevancy from you.Fact or Fiction, Obama inherited an employment number of 142 million, implemented the stimulus and two years later the number was 139 million?
So? Nothing in that budget came from him. He just happened to be the President at the time. Another irrelevancy.Fact or fiction, fiscal year 2009 began on October 1, 2008 and no budget was signed until March 2009 and that was signed by Obama?
Absolutely and unequivocally false and you've been told and shown why at least 6 times and yet you continue to stick to this blatant falsehood. But you wouldn't be a rightwinger if you gave up on spreading false information, now, would you?Fact or fiction, U.S. Treasury shows the debt that Obama inherited was 10.6 trillion and it is now almost 18.2 trillion?
Might be true. That would have been the spending requested and signed by Bush in the Fall of 2008. Thanks for bringing that up.Fact or fiction, 350 billion of the 2009 deficit was due to TARP spending?
"Recycled?" You mean someone took it to the dump and it became grocery bags? There is no term such as "recycling" in our fiscal lexicon. Your lack of even the most basic ideas of how this government works never ceases to amaze me.Fact or fiction, 350 Billion was repaid in 2009 and that money was never returned to the Treasury but instead was recycled?
digitusmedius;1064809316]Had myself a little mini-holiday. As much as you might like to think your comments are important, they're not--other than for the sport of smacking them down. But I'm back now and eage to do so more smacking. I'll take them in order:

I hope you're as glad I'm back as I am to be back. Smacking down your absurd comments gives me enormous pleasure.
