No, simply raising the price by a penny makes the plan illegal.
One penny increase in the price made the plan illegal.
G ii (one penny), G iii (one penny), G iv (A) (requires a five dollar increase), G v (one penny),
See post #274 and #276.
You should understand there are people (human beings) who are destitute and unable to accept personal responsibility in this the richest nation on the face of the earth. It's immoral to let them stave and die. Conservatives are basically for themselves and noboby else. Now you are going to give me that line of crap where you will say conservatives donate more than liberals. Even if thats is true it not nearly enough.
 Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuure the old, tired, PATHETIC "parties switch" claim as an attempt from Democrats to hide from their disgustingly racist and bigoted past.
Interesting how segregation and Jim Crow ended in the South the same time Democratic control ended in the South....very, VERY interesting.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. :kissy:
His own VP declared it Voodoo economics, so stupid was it. Nothing trickled down, and the middle class has been weakened by his "Voodoo economics"
You might want to sharpen up on your knowledge of Liberal v. conservative and Democratic v Republican, with particular emphasis on how parties have redefined themselves over the years.

I don't know about you, but I find the well informed posters to be more interesting and more effective. BTW, I think you also have your cause and effects backwards here...
Spoken like a good little liberal who has no problem taking money from other taxpayers. Wonder if you would feel the same way if there was a face on those "donations?"
Franklin's face is what I prefer, but I will take Jackson's.
For four decades I worked and paid taxes. I am sure some of that money helped others; I don't regret it one bit. I am also a lot of that money was spent on things I don't agree with; I don't bitch about it now.
I agree and they live in your area or other specific areas and thus are the responsibility of those communities. How many trillions of Federal taxpayer dollars have gone to eradicate poverty and we have more people dependent today on the Federal Taxpayers than ever before. What I see are people like you pawning off your local problems to the Federal taxpayers. Social problems are state and local, not federal and you are the reason we have a Federal Govt. that is approaching 3.9 trillion dollars
Of course you would but why don't you go next door and ask your neighbor to pay for your healthcare costs? You have no problem accepting money from a faceless taxpayer so how about looking your neighbor in the eye and ask him/her for the money
Sure there are some in Oregon, but there is a boat load of them in Texas.
Have figured out its not the 4th of July yet?
Why don't you go to your neighbor to fund your wars? You have no problem accepting money from a faceless taxpayer so how about looking your neighbor in the eye and ask him/her for the money.

They will require a subsidy like myself; besides you are doing a wonderful job. Again, thanks!
Yes, and except for Federal Govt. mandates the communities in TX take care of their own which is the right way of doing things, not delegating responsibility for your state to the Federal Taxpayers
If you look at the map Oregon has less poverty than Texas does.
Yep, can see the pride you have for yourself in every post. No problem begging for taxpayer help but not so easy to go to your neighbor
We both live in Houston so you're my neighbor, and may I say, what a wonderful neighbor you are. You brighten up Houston like you do this forum.
Right! and it cost the lives of 241 Marines...oh wait a minute, that was under Reagan, my bad!
A month later Reagan ordered the invasion of a tiny Caribbean island on the false pretext that the American students at the medical school there were in danger to get people's attention off the horrendous mistake he made in Beirut. What is it about failure that republicans love so much?
