1. Because it is not a good law and the country cannot afford it, Americans cannot afford it.

They are afraid it will be successful, which it will. The public will fall in love with it after all the winkles are taken out.

The premise behind PPACA is that "needed" goods/services should be priced according to one's ability to pay, the rich should be forced to subsidize "private" goods/services for the poor via income redistribution. This also sets a terrible precedent that the federal gov't may now mandate that you buy a "private" good/service or pay a tax for not doing so. From each according to their ability (to pay taxes), to each according to their need (for free stuff).

What has been successful so far? Has it been the exemptions that Obama has given to big business? Is it the fact that with the deadline looming the government can't figure out how to charge for the exchanges? Is it the fact that if you don't cooperate with the IRS they can charge you with tax fraud? Is it the government panel that decides if old people are worth spending money on in difficult health situations? Is it the tax on medical equipment that is causing manufacturers to lay off workers and cut R&D? Is it the transition from full time work to part time employees?

There are so many wrinkles in this bill it makes a hundred year old man look like a newborn. Scrap it and start over.

The democrats lied about it's cost and they lied about its effectivness.

You folks spent what capital you had as far as your credibillity goes years ago when the law was passed.

Face it, your vote and the votes of your ilk ruined the American economy and forced millions of Americans into a life of joblessness and poverty.

I mean you people actually put the party in power that ran Fannie and Freddie like they were ENRON, that committed securities fraud on a unprecedented scale and that financed the Sub-Prime Collapse.
