Now this is odd.... didn't Nancy Pelosi tell us that Obamacare would instantly create 4 million new jobs?

then why are all these employers having such trouble with new raised taxes, binding regulations, and expensive mandates? don't they know that the law of economics bows to political convenience?

 
If it's so great, why would they allow so many to opt out?
