There was already trillions in debt when Obama entered office. What was that spent on?
Funny how those eight years of misguided war and economic devastation have just vanished down the rabbit hole.

Keep buying the rhetoric and keep looking foolish
Even as you say that even you must realize all of your accusations are baseless. The GOP hasn't really obstructed anything. That versus Harry Reid who literally put a blockade on the Senate. Furthermore the GOP has never endangered voting rights. Obamacare is a problem and many Americans, including myself, cannot afford it's high premiums. I don't have health insurance, nor currently do I have any income (cant find work in this job environment), and ill still be levied a fine that i cant afford because i cant afford healthcare. So I applaud the GOP for taking on Obamacare considering the financial burden it places on Americans.
Oh.....the irony is strong with this one! (and he doesn't even realize it....which makes it all the more hilarious)
What truly is amazing is how you and others focus on leftwing rhetoric and pass it off as being true. Civics isn't a strength of yours and I defy you to tell me how taking the GDP from 10.2 trillion in December 2000 and leaving it at 14.7 trillion in December 2008 is economic devastation? You buy what you are told making Gruber right on.
You and your liberal cohorts point to two months of 700,000 job losses as the normal during the Bush term but ignore the 1.2 million monthly Discouraged workers in 2010 long after the stimulus was implemented and the shovels were to arrive. Keep buying the rhetoric and keep looking foolish
You're just in denial of what is on the record about republican's obstructionism. Then you come on with accusations with no evidence, just opinion. Unless you're referring to executive orders, which all presidents have used in the past.
Couple of links of real evidence of Republican obstruction. The first, a republican senator stating your parties goal, making Obama a one term president. The second link, the Republican leadership on the taxpayers payroll, meeting with private citizens to plot Obama's downfall. What bothers me is that the wimpy Democrat leadership didn't shout out these almost treasonous Republican actions from the rooftops for all the world to see. Republicans would have, if Democrats did something similar, that's for sure.
Mitch McConnell vowed to make Obama a "one-term president," now shocked that Obama portrays him as villain | The New Republic
Democrats Duped by the Caucus Room Conspiracy
Look at the state of the economy when Bush left office.
Nobody is claiming that 700K monthly job losses were normal during Bush's term. You're lying.
Yes, we were 10.6 trillion in debt on a 14.7 trillion dollar economy. Today we are 18.2 trillion in debt on a 17.4 trillion dollar economy. I suggest researching the Treasury site to find out what it was spent on starting with the failed Obama stimulus and the failure to get shovels delivered for those shovel ready jobs Obama was talking about? Obama budget proposals today exceed 3.9 trillion dollars.
My question is what did Republicans do with all those trillions? You do know that Obama is considered a miser when it comes to spending? Are you sure he spent it, or that it was just recurring expenses. No Republicans so far seem to mind their leadership's attempt to make Obama a failure even if America failed in this effort.
LOL, no, I am not lying, Ask Disney?
The state of the economy when Bush left office has Democrat footprints all over it as they were in charge of the entire Congress, purse strings and legislative agenda since January 2007. I gave you the GDP when Bush left office and I have yet to hear how the Bush economy hurt you and your family? It didn't hurt me at all nor did it hurt most Americans since most Americans don't own homes
Yes, I know Obama is called a miser because his spending is less of a percentage but still exceeds 3.9 trillion dollars. Here is the debt by President
Reagan 1.7 trillion in 8 years
GHW Bush 1.4 trillion in 4 years
Clinton 1.4 trillion in 8 years
GW Bush 4.9 trillion in 8 years
Obama 7.6 trillion in 6 years
You do the math, Republicans 8.0 trillion Democrats 9.0 trillion.
9/11 cost the Treasury 1 trillion dollars according to GAO and the war on terror cost the Treasury 1.4 trillion dollars in 10 years
Obama is a failure and there is nothing the GOP can do to change that. Results speak volumes, you ignore the results and buy the liberal rhetoric

Any bad economic news since 2009: All Obama's Fault!
Prior to 2009: Not Bush's Fault!

Adjust those for inflation.
Why? those are the numbers taxpayers pay debt service on not inflation adjusted debt. Debt service matters to everyone but liberals.
I look at an economy in better shape than when Obama entered office. I'm not much an Obama fan myself.
He didn't capitalize on the Bush failure to push a liberal agenda like LBJ or FDR would have. Instead he reappointed left over hacks from the Bush administration and not one liberal by the way. Look at all his appointments. My question is still, why are republicans bashing Obama obstructionism when the republican leadership is on record for vowing to destroy Obama even if they had to bring down the country and the economy while doing it. I'm still a democrat, a party that will still do something for the little guy, although with the supreme court allowing big money to purchase politicians, Democrats wil move further to the right all the time. And with no media except corporate media, it will continue.
Careful what you wish for with a country ruled by all republicans is what I have to say.
Seriously....LOL......it just shows how completely out of touch with reality you are. Try telling Americans that they weren't hurt by GWB driving us to the brink of economic bankruptcy.....wow.
BLUUUURGH LIBERALS
1.7 trillion in the 1980s is not the same as 1.7 trillion today.
Obama vows to
So we have a Constitutional Scholar who doesn't understand that he isn't king? Congress makes the laws, not the executive Branch. Can you imagine the outrage if GW Bush took this attitude and was as arrogant as to not meet with Congress or to dictate to Congress? Just goes to show how poor of an executive he is and just how incompetent throwing a tantrum when he doesn't get his way. So much for negotiation
Wow. Didn't even take you a paragraph to get into CPC mode. I'm kind of impressed in a very sad way.
