Obama's position regarding the association of radicals to mainstream Islam dates back to the Bush administration. It's called managing the messaging.

You and the Obama administration know those people better than they know themselves. They're not Muslim? They aren't terrorizing and murdering innocent people because they are infidels. They aren't fighting for their religion to take over the world. Their actions have nothing to do with their religious beliefs?

They are following the Qur'an and implementing Sharia Law, which comes from Islam. That makes them Muslim. Deal with it.

He refuses to acknowledge that Islam, at least extremist Islam, is a problem. You just can't spin this any other way. The reason these people are acting the way they are acting is because of their religious beliefs and for NO OTHER REASON! Get it through your head.
 
But they are following the Koran and the teachings of Mohammed. That's the point. Whether you and Obama agree with them or not, or their interpretations, is beside the point.

It's all good, I wasn't offended, just didn't understand it. You posted several good links from international news agencies on Muslims being oppressed, and I was just pointing out that many here won't accept a news story from non American news media.

President Lincoln didn't recognize the Southern rebel uprising as a "war" either. If he had it would have legitimized the Southern seccession. It's the same with Obama refusing to give the jihadists any recognition for their uprising as well. In fact, we shouldn't even be calling them a state.

Everyone knows who ISIS is, and not calling them what they are, while the POTUS talks about jobs bills for them only emboldens them. They know what they are doing.
