I didn't say I accepted Bush's incompetence and I wouldn't accept it from Obama. That Embassy was a CIA operation, they were in charge of security and they should take all the blame. Personally, I think the CIA is still riddled with Bush era incompetents that make a career out of faulty intelligence. For all we know they may have purposely ignored those warnings hoping to discredit Obama and help Romney in the election. Lets' face it, it sure would not be the first time the CIA screwed up and people died.

The point was that there likely wasn't a lot of actionable intelligence prior to Benghazi, just as there wasn't before 9/11. So blaming Obama is as pointless as blaming Bush for 9/11.
