Fox plans to broadcast an interview with O.J. Simpson in which the former football star discusses “how he would have committed” the slayings of his ex-wife and her friend, for which he was acquitted, the network said.

The two-part interview, titled “O.J. Simpson: If I Did It, Here’s How It Happened,” will air Nov. 27 and Nov. 29, the TV network said.

Fox news has faced the unfair accusation that they are really a news channel, but if the propaganda and fluff dont fit, we must aquit. :)

I think this is going to be on FOX (as in Simpsons and American Idol), not The Fox News Channel. Either way, you couldn't pay me to watch it. I wonder what his appearance fee will be and if the Brown or Goldman families will receive any of it?

Apparently the interview coincides with the release of his upcoming book, "If I Did It"....! Someone needs to take this guy out he makes me freaking sick. What a piece of a s-hite.

He's clearly desperate for money. He's getting millions for this book. talloulou, how can a man, who has been looking for his ex-wife's killer for over 10 years, make you "freaking sick"? ;)

Seriously, we all know he killed his ex-wife and her boyfriend. I was appalled when he was acquitted. The only thing that appeases me is that I don't genuinely believe he is a danger to society. He is a danger to those by whom he feels wronged, but he's not a Ted Bundy or BTK kind of killer.

danarhea, it is FOX Broadcast, not Fox News...two different companies, albiet with the same owner...

As usual, you show why liberals suck so bad...spouting off either without facts or with wrong facts...

LMAO! I know it's embarrassing to love a network that publishes heinous horse$hit. I'd attack the messenger as well to somehow change the subject. There, there, BubbaBob.

Given his luxury of golfing, perhaps a chipper would be poetic.

tsk.....and there is no self censorship or bias in Newscorp?

It's not so much censorship or bias as it is good business sense. Advertisers were bailing out left and right, and at least a dozen affiliates had told FOX that they refused to show the interview, and more affiliates were going to make the same decision.

I agree somewhat that they caved on "good business sense", but it is self censorship no matter how you look at it. They stoped the publication because they thought they might offend someone and said offense would have consequences.

However caving in the first place brings up some disturbing things. Can we let a minoirty of people force content, that is legal, off air because it "offends" said minority? Is this political correctness gone nuts? What next, having media organisations cancelling shows, pulling books because of gay content, or black content, or islamic content?

Call it what you want...censorship, good business decision, whatever. There is nothing wrong with what you call "self censorship". Censorship is wrong when a government entity uses the law to force censorship, not when market forces make a business change direction for business reasons.

When you get right down to it, self censorship happens all the time, sometimes with good results. For example, when your wife says, "Does this dress make me look fat?", and it does, you self censor and don't reply, "Yes sweetie...it shows all 50 of your fat pounds in detail.", even though that may be true...or you hire a divorce attorney...

Okay how about a news organisation not sending something, because they fear political or judicial action afterwards, dispite what they are sending is legal?

Or a news organisation not sending something because it might ofend a political backer or "friend", dispite that friend or political back being say a murder or pedofile?

Or a news organisation not sending something because they might be bombed or thier reporters murdered or kidnapped for doing so?
