I think much of it has to do with the heart, values, and the willingness to getting things done. The days of intellectually sounding words coming from our politicians are waning. Most are sick and tired of hearing the same ole bs with a twist from politician to politician. "Informed intellectuals" means nothing, on the same level as a "dumbass idiot", for if they can't convert the words they speak to actual actions which help the American People, they are the same......just stoopid.

I know the language they speak and most are true blue BS artists, speaking in circles never answering a dang thing to kiss the butts of all those listening, just to be seen as "intellectual"......pathetic. They look stupid as heck, pretentious, and one who is out for themselves.....high and mighty words, then turn around and screw the People to make themselves and family wealthy. It matters not the political affiliation, for they all do it.

Liberal progressives for some reason believe they are the intellectual superiors, yet we've witnessed the last 10 years how idiotic they actually are with the tendency towards obsession and mental problems. Jeesh, just because someone can speak with intellectuality does not mean they are intelligent.

Not really correct. Do you have a cell phone? Do you expect clean water from public sources? How is your blood pressure being treated now? Do you have an untreatable infectious disease? All social and economic change has come from academic, progressive institutions primarily in blue states.
