its been in effect for more than 10 years now I think.

they've had all the time in the world to study it, research it, perfect amendmend it.

and yet still..in 2012......82% of folks who are stopped & frisked in NYC, are completely innocent.

no guns, no drugs, no crime....nada.

82appalling appauling.

A responsible Mayor and Police Commissioner, would work to reduce that percentage. Clearly, the wrong folks are being stopped & frisked.

....that's unless the NYPD is simply casting a wide net and hopeing to catch something...anything.

And that is unConstitutional.

p.s.- I was actually stopped & frisked a few years ago in Astoria, claims The cops claimes that they were looking for two white guys that had committed a crime, and we supposedly fit the description, as we were two white guys.

were the perps both bearded? did we meet their height & weight descriptions? I doubt it.

Stop & Frisk, looks like just a way for the NYPD to annoy people.
