An audited financial statement should provide some proof as to the validity of the expenditures. Apparently they were never done and the CFO in the filings didn't know he was the CFO. YOU claimed all the disbursements made by the foundation were valid because they came from IRS records.

I don't know if they are valid because there are no audited financial statements to substantiate the filings. The IRS hasn't completed an audit either so those records are simply filings made by the foundation.

Ask Luther. I believe he is also a CPA. You sure aren't. This has nothing to do with left or right. It's how taxes are filed and government is run. Take a business and or accounting class for God's sake.
