Leticia James ran on a platform of harassing the Trump family. She is fulfilling her campaign promise not searching for the truth.

The basis for James frivilous investigation is readily exposed as another Democrat witchhunt by a rudimentary understanding of accounting principles.

Are you for prosecuting people who break laws? Or does that not count if it's your favorite politician?

Maybe you should educate yourself in basic principles like innocent until proven guilty and accounting standards like lower of cost or market. Maybe you could at least pay heed to the prosecutors operating on the basis of the law not partisan politics.

It's absurd to cast aspersions that Trump is operating on a different standard of justice after Comey announced Hillary could not be prosecuted despite plenty of criminal activity because of lack of intent. It's Democrats that pervert justice into a political weapon.

In February, a judge ruled that Mr Trump, his son Donald Trump Jr, 44, and daughter Ivanka Trump, 40, must answer questions under oath in the New York investigation into their business practices.
They appealed the order to appear but did not object to a separate part of the ruling that the former president comply with a subpoena "seeking documents and information". Those were meant to be produced by 31 March.
