The Mass Casualty Commission begins its inquiry today into the mass shootings in Nova Scotia.

On April 18 and 19 2020 a man disguised as a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer, driving an authentic-looking replica RCMP cruiser, killed 22 people before he was killed by an RCMP member. The victims included two RCMP officers, one of whom survived.

The Commission's mandate is outlined below.

The mandate for the independent Commission is set out under the authority of the Government of Canada and the Government of Nova Scotia and includes the following:

To inquire into what happened and make findings on:
  • The causes, context and circumstances giving rise to the April 2020 mass casualty;
  • The responses of police, including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), municipal police forces, the Canada Border Services Agency, the Criminal Intelligence Service Nova Scotia, the Canadian Firearms Program and the Alert Ready program;
  • The steps taken to inform, support and engage those most affected.
To examine related issues including:
  • The role of gender-based and intimate partner violence;
  • Access to firearms;
  • Prior interactions and relationship of the perpetrator with the police and social services;
  • Police actions;
  • Communications with the public during and after the event;
  • Communications between and within law enforcement agencies and other services;
  • Police policies, procedures and training.
To produce a report that:
  • Sets out lessons learned as well as recommendations that could help prevent and respond to similar incidents in the future

Given the Fascist style of government and the leaders known intimate involvement with the Globalist movement, do you expect this to be anything more than a whitewash ?

Trudeau is a terrorist in his background and intentions and he will aim to blow up anything that stands in his way .

I do not share any optimism . Unfortunately .

It will not go as far as holding the RCMP accountable for their massive mistakes, lack of control or a plan of action during this mass murder spree

32 shots fired and nearly killed not only an RCMP Officer, but people in the Firehouse which was designated as a safe space for residents
The RCMP Watchdog cleared the 2 Officers involved.

I am unsure HOW you'd plan for that.

Luce's personal nightmare as explained to me, is a couple of psychos dressed as patrol officers. There is literally no way to plan for that.

It was the passage of information, or lack of is one issue
They did not activate a province wide warning, and the Premier asked them
There have been a number of issues with RCMP Officers in Canada
Below is just one example of the rot inside the RCMP

We'll trade you. You give us the RCMP and you can have the Ferguson police. We'll even throw in the Maricopa County Sheriff's department.

No way
They are not on your radar, but we also have policing issues that need attention.
Not like Ferguson.
Many Canadians are not happy with the issues within the RCMP and lack of action
he 2 Officers, IIRC fired 32 rounds, all before identifying the target, thinking it may be him, well lucky no one was killed in the Firehall
A so called safe zone which the RCMP was aware of, as their was an Officer, wearing a vest guarding it. What happened there?

There were failures and lies told by the RCMP from the time they were notified, till they found him.

Well, granted, that was a massive failure.

But there wasn't any actual malice behind it, which is our main problem.

My friend we have it here in our policing, just not as many killed
As to Vancouver, man died due to their actions.

The RCMP officer who was killed mistook the shooter for a real officer. That's an indication of just how good this guy was at putting together the replica uniform and car.

IIRC their were only minor differences in some decals on the vehicle, not something one would notice
