To them, it's the book that is not the voice of reason.

I'm actually sure that bool banners aren't the voice of reason. Quite the opposite in fact.

It kind of makes me think that they haven't even read that book.

I don't think that they like books in general.

Too many ideas.

What is a bool and why shouldn't it be banned?
Awesome! You found a typo! I'm surprised you couldn't figure out what I meant from the context, though. It's not a huge leap from "bool" to book" when "book" is in the topic and "K" is right next to "L" on the keyboard.

Bool is also a game in Stephen King's not so great book "Lisey's Story"

The things people learn by reading.

You tell them that. The "Quite the opposite" is taking this country further right.

Never been a stephen king fan, at least not since Cujo.

Never could see the appeal, though I really like the guy from what little I know of him. Only movie of his novel and screenwriting I liked was 'Misery'. That movie was really good. But you'd never think he'd done that compared to all he's famous for.

The Stand was a good novel. There was a miniseries on TV at one point that wasn't too bad either.
