South Korean intelligence says 1,500 North Korean troops are in Ukraine right now. This is reported by the established and reliable Yonhap News Agency in SK.

The NK troops wear Russian uniforms, have fake ID's and were transported to Ukraine on Russian Navy ships, according to the SK National Intelligence Service.

The SK NIS says Pyongyang is preparing 10,000 troops to be shipped to Russian held areas of Ukraine. Whether that number will go to Ukraine or a part of 'em will go remains to be seen. We can be certain Washington and Brussels are on the horn to Beijing to talk Kim and Putin out of this major escalation.

The Pentagon and NATO SecGen. Mark Rudd are slow to confirm or deny this given it would be a huge development that would require a US-NATO response of some significant kind. The US led NATO would need to get their ducks in a row about this and fast, if the reliable reports are accurate.

According to the NIS in Seoul, since August 2023 North Korea has sent Russia 13,000 containers packed with shells, missiles, and anti-tank rockets. This also feeds the increasing belief Putin is looking for a new Cold War that isn't so cold any more.

Ukrainian media reported earlier this month that six North Koreans were among those killed by a Ukrainian missile strike in the partially occupied eastern Donetsk region on Oct. 3.

In addition to 10,000 military members being deployed to Russia to support Putin's war, this is what I find particularly ominous.

North Korea has dispatched 1,500 special forces troops to support Russia’s war against Ukraine, South Korea’s spy agency said in a statement Friday, a move that will likely put further strain on already tense relations between the reclusive nuclear-armed state and the West.

South Korea’s National Intelligence Service (NIS) said in a statement that it caught its northern neighbor “transporting North Korean special forces to Russia through a Russian naval transport ship.”

The North Korean troops will likely just run away and defect.

They can then finally have a decent meal.

North Korea a client of China is supplying troops to Russia to fight a war that threaten Europe. If Trump is elected will Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and (Canada?)? be forced to make a deal with China and Russia. It would be the end of American leadership in the world.
 

The only deal on offer is for Russia to bugger off and stop the war.
 
This puts North Korean combat troops at the borders of NATO, as if Russia and Belarus weren't enough already. Putin is internationalizing his barbarian war in Ukraine from his side of it. Iran already is supplying Putin with munitions. NK troops there now have been issued Russian weapons and caliber of ammo which eases the burden in Pyongyang to supply 'em over the thousands of miles distance between 'em.

This though isn't the old Russian tactic of escalate to deescalate, it is rather escalating to escalate. Kim meanwhile is hopping mad Seoul sent a drone flying over Pyongyang to check things out -- it certainly caught the NK military with their heads up their arses. The furious Kim said 1.4m military age people signed up or reupped for military service because of it, which is his number to play with of course.

Kim's combat troops at the borders of NATO countries certainly aren't playing however. This is a serious internationalization of Putin's war from his side of it. If Kim does send upwards of 10,000 combat troops it will risk significantly the European posture toward engagement. France for instance has said already individual European countries will need to send their sovereign troops into Ukraine sooner or later.

Which troops might Macron send? The French Foreign Legion, of course. Rumors of their presence have rumbled about the fringes since January. Unconfirmed claims, of course.
 


Lets face it; this guy has had a mental breakdown. Keep in mind that this guy is a performer by trade. Now he gets saddled with what may be the biggest war this century. Its enough to breakdown tougher men, His Victory Plan is one of the most delusional documents ever to make it into serious diplomatic circles. I am not surprised he is now seeing North Koreans everywhere. Keep in mind no journalist or intelligence agency has seen Zelensky's North Koreans

......there should be no doubt that to stop democrats he would gladly invite them both to help him win.
