Ri Yong Ho may have been speaking without consulting Pyongyang and he could have aired his personal views when he was surrounded by foreign reporters at a hotel, especially about the hydrogen bomb test. His predecessor used a racial slur when he was approached by a Japanese reporter and the so-called diplomats from North Korea are usually thuggish, acting like henchmen of a criminal organization.

How about we keep president trump off of Twitter and stop him from engaging in the escalation of tensions.
