The last thing we need is those liberal politicians involved in what we do or don't do. Why doesn't President Bush stand up to the Muslims like Australia did. If you don't like America and her laws and want to speak American then leave.
We are Americans and speak American, not German, Japanese, Arabic, Spanish or any other language. Here in America we have law for Americans and if you don't like them leave.
God Bless America and if I want to put the name of Jesus in my yard and it offends you, go to some nation where they don't have freedom and common sense.

The main thing about intolerant people is that, in their own eyes, they are allowed to be offensive to everyone else. But by gawd, no one else ought to ever be offensive to them.

Sounds like someone would rather live in Australia. It sounds like someone has deep-rooted problems with what America is actually all about, but simply can't see it.

I won't ask anyone to leave America. Because I'm an American. And America is all about being tolerant of other cultures.

Speak American? What is American? Never heard that language.
Here you are in your final statment arguing for freedoms yet in the begining you are arguing for suppression of said freedoms.
Talk about hypocrisy.

This guy's 1st day and he's already started several threads of the like. I believe one was "pick a side or shut up" or something to that extent. He's either a troll or ptsdkid mark II

They can always move to France.

Psss… its "English" but I also agree with that. Every time I have I've been to another country I have always busted my balls to learn their language.

God Bless America and if I want to put the name of Jesus in my yard and it offends you, go to some nation where they don't have freedom and common sense.

Even with the fact I don’t believe in God I can agree with that also.

America is about having its citizens subscribe to its superculture. It is a melting pot for cultures as opposed to being a multi-cultural society.

A multi-cultural society would be Canada. Policemen can wear their turbans etc.. America is not so tolerant. Therein lies a difference between a multi-cultural society and one which is a cultural melting pot.

America, at its worse, forces its citizens to subscribe to its superculture. (For an example, see post #1). It has been a melting pot for cultures. It has also been a multi-cultural society.

The point that Canada tends have been to be more multi-cultural, and America, less so, is irrelevant. Stuff just happened that way.

Do we subscribe to personal liberties, and freedoms, or not? I do.
