You're just assuming your own conclusion.

Human rights are not innate. Human rights are the rights we think humans should have. Each of us could have a different opinion on what those rights are. They are not innate.

Of course they are innate. Why do humans think that we should have these rights? think on that.

And each of us generally DON"T have a different opinion on what those rights are. historically, its amazing just amazing how remarkable similar feelings are toward human rights over the worlds communities.

Largely the variations are whether rights should be applied to humans outside ones "community group", "nation", "race" etc.

But prohibitions on murder, incest, rape etc.. within ones community have been pretty ubiquitous.

The reasons our beliefs tend to overlap is that ideas can spread like viruses among human beings. In fact, this is how education works.
