Over in the NFC, the Eagles are feeling good after their third straight win, 36-22 over the host New York Giants. Philadelphia has a one-game lead in the wild-card competition with games remaining against T.O. and the Cowboys next Monday and the Falcons six days later. Win out and the Eagles, who lost five of six in one stretch this season, win the NFC East.

The Giants still control their fate -- New York is home against New Orleans for Week 16 and at Washington in Week 17. The Redskins, by the way, went into the Superdome and beat the Saints on Sunday, 16-10, so they're no pushovers. On Sunday Atlanta plays host to Carolina, still in it at 6-8 -- along with the Packers, Niners, Vikings, and Rams.

All we know at this point is that the Chargers, Ravens and Colts have clinched berths in the AFC playoffs, the Bears, Saints, and Cowboys in the NFC, and that the NFC playoffs will go through the Chicago as long as the Bears are alive.

The rest we won't know probably until the final day of the regular season -- just the way the league likes it.

This is an intense last couple of weeks. My prediction for the playoffs are as follows:

AFC

Division Champs
New England
Baltimore
SanDog
Indianapolis

Wildcards
NYJ
Cincinnati (Despite their tough *** remaining schedule)

NFC

Division Champs
Chicago
New Orleans
Philadelphia
Seattle

Wildcards
Dallas
NYG

Superbowl
SanDiego/Cincinnati vs Philadelphia/New Orleans

Those of you who think the Eagles suck --> you suck :2wave:

The Steelers win their next two against Baltimore and Cincy and -

Jackonsville, Cinnci, the Jets & Buffalo lose the rest of their games.

Then the Steelers get in the playoffs as a wild card and win the Super Bowl again!!!!!

You may say I'm a dreamer.....;)

How about it NP?

Cincy vs Chicago. Cincy wins.

Dolphins all the way

Dolphins went all the way alright......... all the way down the toilet. :2razz:

I dont think there is anyway chicago is going to the superbowl...... i predict they will get blown out first playoff game.

San Diego vs. Chicago in the Superbowl. San Diego wins it all.

How about the Seahawks? After they blow out the Chargers on Christmas Eve they'll beat the Giants at Qwest in Round 1, shut out the Bears at Soldier Field in Round 2, sneak past the Saints in the NFC Championship, and take home the trophy as Josh Brown kicks another game winner in the Super Bowl against the Colts.

Here are my real predictions:

Cowboys
Cowboys
Eagles Saints
Saints
Saints
Seahawks
Seahawks
Giants Bears
Bears
CHARGERS!!!
Patriots
Patriots
Bengals Patriots
Colts
Chargers
Ravens
Jaguars
Jaguars Chargers
Chargers

Sorry, the formatting messed up. Anyway, here's the basics:

First Round:

Cowboys beat Eagles
Seahawks beat Giants
Patriots beat Bengals
Jaguars beat Ravens

Second Round:

Saints beat Cowboys
Bears beat Seahawks
Patriots beat Colts
Chargers beat Jaguars

Third Round:

Saints beat Bears
Chargers beat Patriots

Super Bowl:
CHARGERS beat Saints

Super Bowl
Was there any doubt? Bears win it all.

You better hope they dont meet the Eages otherwise they wont get there ...... like last time

My prediction is that the Houston Texans will win it all. *

* - Sometime before the year 3450 AD.

LMAO, you think the texans will win the bowl someime before the year 3450 AD??????? Are you crazy?

NFC:

Saints will be a one and done in the playoffs. No playoff experience will be their downfall.

Only other NFC team worthy is Dallas. Romo getting an undeserved Pro-Bowl berth will motivate the Bears D to destroy him, and destroy him they will. After the game, TO will explode like the bozo that he is.

Only thing in the NFC that can stop the Bears is the Bears themselves, and their spanking last year 'gainst Carolina will keep them on track.

AFC:
Indy won't make the SB, they'll get run over. Literally.
San Deigo is one injury away from a playoff loss, and if LT has a down game, SD loses.
Baltimore seems most rounded playoff team, AFC wise.
Brady and the Pats will sink either Indy, Balt, or SD... but they only have 1 victory in them.

I think it's going to be Chicago and Baltimore in the SB.

Chicago wins 27-21.

Overall predictions:

NFC Playoff Teams:

Bears
'Aints
Dallas
Seattle
Eagles (wc)
Giants (wc)

AFC:

Indy
Baltimore
SD
NE
Jets
Cincy

1st round
Seattle over Eagles
Dallas over Giants
Baltimore over Jets
NE over Cincy

2nd Round
Bears over Dallas
Aints over Seattle
NE over Indy
Baltimore over SD

3rd Rnd
Bears over Aints
Balt over NE

SB

Bears 27, Balt 21.

Or more appropriately, Bears 27, Baltimore -21. Dikta will find a way.

yeah, it'll be a lot like last time, we'll end Garcia's career this time.

LOL. If you would of said that right before the Carolina game, I would have been thrilled. Now that he is playing better, NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was one of the 75% of philly fans wanting them to start AJ Feely. I still dont think Garcia is amazing or anything like that, but he is getting the job done (and I guess that's ultimately what counts). It certainly doesnt look pretty, but it's working.
